As an Independent Contractor/Consultant, in USA, I perform as a Project Forensic & Commissioning Electrical P.E. & Design/Build C.P.M. providing the following professional services to the State of Florida & other Nationally Certified & Registered Design/Build Eng.Contractors & Consulting Firms:

▪ Design/Build Project Electrical (P.E./C.P.M.), Procurement, Commissioning and Start-ups of EPU-Generation, Transmission, Sub-Transmission, EPU-Sub-Stations, Primary and Secondary Power Distribution, Rotating & Stationary Prime, Stand-By & Emergency Power Generation Sys., Lighting, Lightning, Grounding, Fire/Burglary Alarm and CCTV/Telephone Networks for Telecommunication, Industrial, Commercial (Retail), Institutional/Educational, Correctional, Health Care and Residential facilities. Business Administration, (QA/QC), Facilities Inspection and Forensic/Fire Engineering Consultation/Investigations.

Who I am

Born in Cuba on April, 21st 1969. Took Elementary, Junior, Middle & Senior High School in VC, Cuba. Graduated from the Central University of Las Villas (CULV) "Martha Abreu", SC, VC, Cuba on September, 30th 1992 with a BSEE.

Fled Castro brothers' Cuban totalitarian dictatorship on March, 1st 1997 to come to USA (The Land of my dreams, "Home of the Brave & Land of the Free"). From March 1998 to March 2000 took, passed & obtained the FLBPE (Florida Board of Professional Engineers) EIT/PE examinations/License (PE # 56759). 

From March 2006 to July 2008 took, passed & obtained the FLDBPR (Florida Dept. of Business and Professional Regulation) & ECLB (Electrical Contracting Licensing Board) CUMEC (Certified Unlimited Master Electrical Contractor, # EC13003982) examination/License.

From November 2008 to February 2009 took, passed & obtained the FLDBPR & BCA&I (Building Code Administrators & Inspectors Board) CSEI (Certified Standard Electrical Inspector, # BN3260)(Commercial/Residential/Industrial) & CSEPE (Certified Standard Electrical Plans Examiner, # PX3215) examinations/Licenses & the CULSEC (Certified Utility Line Specialty Master Electrical Contractor) examination with the FLDBPR & ECLB.

Thus far I keep practicing/providing the aforementioned professional services in the Sunshine State & for other Nationally Certified & Registered Design/Build/Eng. Contractors & Consulting Firms to the best of my abilities.

I have also provided these same exact services as a Design/Build Sr. Electrical P.M. in the USA territory of Guam working for the USACE, USAF, NAVFAC Defense Contractors & other Private Sector  Commercial, Residential, Industrial, Electric Power Utility, Design/Build/Eng. Contractors & Consulting Firms.
